Whether you're looking for antenatal birth planning or a postnatal birth debrief, my comprehensive, educational approach will encourage and empower you to feel secure in your choices. Each consultation will look different depending on what you need: they can be based around creating a personalised care plan, going over a recent maternity appointment and your individual situation, looking at test results, or trauma resolution to help you recover after distressing birth experiences.
